December Newsletter 2024
The end of another year is an important time for reflecting back as well as anticipating what’s to come. We have so many wonderful memories from 2024, and we are grateful to our community for being the foundation of these smiles. From new students to new Black Belts, summer camps to fitness challenges, Lunar New Year celebrations to Puppies & Popsicles, ground defense clinics to empowerment self-defense workshops, it has been a year full of learning and fun. Congratulations to everyone for the goals and milestones you’ve achieved throughout the year!
As students begin to look toward their martial arts goals for the upcoming year, we’re excited to announce a new tool to help you practice at home as you work to challenge yourself and advance. In the coming days, students will begin receiving emails that will grant them access to videos where they can review material from their earlier ranks. Practice at home is an essential part of remembering and improving material, building muscle memory, and developing the discipline and focus necessary to advance, and we hope this new tool will be a benefit to our students. Please let us know if you have questions or feedback about this!
For those who are planning ahead, we have much to look forward to in the coming months! Read on for information and registration links for Kids’ Movie Night on December 7, Winter Camp on December 26 and 27, and much more, including clinic and Summer Camp dates!
Finally, please note some holiday season schedule changes and closures:
- December 24 and December 31 classes will be held in the morning and the studio will be closed in the evening.
- December 25 and January 1 the studio will be closed.
